An interfaith response to people with housing needs.
WELCOME
Welcome to Transitional Housing of Steele County where we provide an interfaith response to people with housing needs. Since we were incorporated in 2000, Transitional Housing of Steele County has helped safely house over 3,000 homeless individuals.
Transitional Housing helps people in need in two specific ways. First, we offer case management and rent subsidies to eligible homeless people in Steele County, Minnesota for up to 2 years. Second, we give families and individuals at risk of becoming homeless eviction prevention assistance on one occasion.
