Please join us in making a contribution to Transitional Housing. Your gift matters. When you give to Transitional Housing, you allow families the chance to become safely housed and to become self-sufficient.  You make a difference for people from all walks of life, people with families, people with disabilities, people who are working, but struggling to make ends meet. Your support can help ensure that we never have to say "no" to a qualified family again.  Together, we can end homelessness in Steele County.

Rents continue to rise. This gift could not have come at a better time. We are deeply grateful to the Havelka family and to the memory of Mrs. JoAnne Havelka, who dedicated her life to public service.”

Our Inspiration

On the street I saw a small girl, cold and shivering in a thin dress with little hope of a decent meal. I became angry and said to God,

“Why do you permit this?

Why don’t you do something?”

That night God replied,

“I have. I made you.”
